Rungis Market produce demonstration at Westminster Kingsway College - Friday 14th November, 3pm.
Rungis Market, the largest fresh foods market in the world, celebrates its 40th anniversary and is organizing for this occasion a demonstration with the ACF. Two companies will present the best of their produce from Rungis:
Maison Huguenin (meat, poultry, game)
Charraire (vegetables and fruits)
Two main courses will be prepared by Gilles Quillot, Executive Chef at
the French Embassy, using the best and freshest seasonal produce from
France.

Following the success of the 2007 Gala Dinner, we are delighted ]to announce that this year's event will play host to acclaimed Michelin star and celebrity Chefs.
